WELCOME to the website of SHAMEN'S RIDE
The band SHAMENS RIDE hail from Sydney, Austalia. We are four lads coming from different parts of Sydney and the Gong, who congregate to sculpture a style of music that has been given many labels including; Stoner, Sludge, etc. For now, to make a decision for yourself you will have to come to a gig, buy a CD. Airplay on JJJ and in USA
"Nowheresville" is the first track off "Roll Out The Red" to receive airplay on triple J. So tune in & listen out for Shamen's Ride maybe even vote for the boys on Super Request or the Net 50.
During July, 50 community radio stations around Australia will adding Shamen's Ride to their playlists.

BIOGRAPHY
SHAMEN'S RIDE formed during late '98
The band has been through a few line-up changes on the way to forming the well-oiled machine of GROVE LADDEN POWER ROCK that they are now.
A 3-song ep "WAVES" was released in January 2001, through HIGH BEAM MUSIC with a full-length cd due for realese in Mon 6th April 2002.
The new CD, "Roll Out The Red", is a little different, showing just how much the band has matured.

It's time to "Roll Out The Red" carpet for Shamen's Ride. Recorded @ The Sound Basement (Sydney), produced by Dan Lia, Roll Ot The Red contains 11 Tracks of groove ladden power rock to wet the whistle.
